CIO-PME receives the Mercure 2012 Innovation Prize
This Wednesday, December 19, 2012, as part of the Mercure Prize for business and commerce 2012, the city of Mons awarded the Mercure Prize 2012 for Innovation to CIO-PME.
During the gala evening organised at the Hôtel de Ville in Mons, in the presence of Prime Minister Elio Di Rupo and the acting mayor Nicolas Martin, the CIO-PME company, represented by its founder, Alain Sayez, was awarded for its innovative offer to SMEs thanks to which they can today benefit from the services of an IT director (CIO) at an affordable cost. The proposed formula, namely time sharing, allows several SMEs to share the same director while guaranteeing the confidentiality of information specific to each.
During this award ceremony, Alain Sayez briefly recalled the main services offered by his company, namely part-time, à la carte, subscription or interim CIO services. He recalled the importance that IT is taking in all areas today. He also stressed that, with Mons 2015 approaching and information and communication technologies set to play a large part in it, it is important to support and advise companies through this exceptional event for Mons and its region.
